Gene and Paul - Glad to see that you guys made it to Weaverville. Thanks so much for inviting me to ride with you today. I had a great time. I hope you enjoyed the Scott Valley and the Scott Mountain Climb. At my turn around point I had nearly 3700 ft of climbing with a max grade of 9%. My final mileage was 58 which is no where close to your century plus ride today. Good luck the rest of the way - can't wait to see the pics and video.

Paul & Gene (Congratulations!) - it has been fun watching your entire trip, and have enjoyed your blog. I cannot believe your rode your bike to Weaverville, that road is scary to just to drive your car on. Keep safe, enjoy, have fun. I'm in St. Louise, the home of very big humid hair - I can only imagine what your locks would look like. Keep safe, and enjoy the ride.
